The Venturelli gymnastics hoop is a sports apparatus used in rhythmic gymnastics and allows excellent performance of gymnastic exercises. Rhythmic gymnastics is an aesthetic sport and art that combines elements of gymnastics, ballet, and dance. The hoop is an apparatus with which it is easiest to perform elements without the use of hands. It is an extremely attractive apparatus, as many throws and catches are also performed with the legs.
