1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the online store INNIX Sport.

2. Orders and Contract Formation
Products may be ordered through the INNIX Sport online store.
After submitting an order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email. This automatic message does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The sales contract is concluded only after the seller confirms the order by email.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:
• product unavailability,
• technical errors,
• pricing errors,
• suspected fraudulent activity,
• incomplete or incorrect customer information.
If payment has already been made, the customer will receive a refund within a reasonable period.

3. Product Information
All product descriptions, photos, colors and specifications are for informational purposes only.
Actual product appearance may slightly differ due to:

5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Slovenia.
The customer may choose between:
• postal or courier delivery,
• self pickup (if available).
Shipping costs depend on:
• destination,
• parcel size,
• parcel weight,
• selected shipping service.
Estimated delivery times are informational only and are not guaranteed.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by:
• courier services,
• postal operators,
• customs authorities,
• force majeure events.
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer should inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
If the package shows visible damage, the customer should:
• refuse the shipment, or
• report the damage directly to the courier.
Transport-related damage must be reported to the seller within 24 hours after delivery, including photos of:
• packaging,
• shipping label,
• damaged goods.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Customs and International Deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for:
• customs clearance,
• import VAT,
• customs duties,
• local taxes,
• handling or administrative fees charged by carriers.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery, the seller reserves the right to deduct all incurred costs from the refund amount, including:
• original shipping costs,
• return shipping costs,
• handling charges,
• customs-related fees.

8. Warranty
Products are covered by warranty in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear,
• scratches,
• cosmetic damage caused by use,
• improper handling,
• misuse,
• accidental damage,
• incorrect storage,
• use contrary to instructions.
Rhythmic gymnastics equipment is intended for use on appropriate sports surfaces. Damage caused by improper use or unsuitable training conditions is excluded from warranty coverage.
Natural wear resulting from normal use is not considered a defect.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact:

Returned goods must:
• be unused,
• be in original condition,
• include original packaging,
• include all accessories and documentation,
• be suitable for resale.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Used, damaged or incomplete products may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned goods are received and inspected.

10. Failed Deliveries and Refused Shipments
If the customer refuses delivery without legal justification or fails to collect the shipment, the seller reserves the right to deduct all associated costs from any refund, including:

• return shipping costs,
• handling fees,
• carrier charges.
