RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Customers within the European Union have the right to return eligible products within 14 days after receiving the order.

Conditions for Return

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
• unused and unworn,
• in original condition,
• complete with original packaging,
• including all accessories, tags and documentation,
• without visible signs of use or damage.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging of returned goods during transport. Products damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
• used products,
• damaged products caused by improper handling,
• personalized or custom-made products,
• products showing visible signs of wear,
• products damaged after delivery,
• items without original packaging or accessories.

Natural wear resulting from normal use is not considered a defect.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
• the customer bears the cost of return shipping,
• original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.


Refund Process

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, the customer will be informed about approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection of returned goods.

If returned items show signs of use, damage, missing parts or reduced value, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color or product, please contact us before returning the goods.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the exchange is caused by a seller error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the customer receives:
• damaged goods,
• defective products,
• incorrect items,

please contact us within 24 hours after delivery and include:
• order number,
• description of the issue,
• photos of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
